Three Chefs offers international standards of quality and convenience, produced using the most up to date equipment and technology available worldwide. Three Chefs owns the largest automated production line capable of production 7 tons per hour the thing that put Three Chefs on top of list of the very best processed food manufacturing companies in the Middle East.

In October 1999, a state of the art factory was established using the highest technology available in food processing, and produced under the most hygienic conditions. Built on 12,000 square meters, the new factory consists of:

- A fully automated production line, to process the full range beef, poultry and seafood products.

- The automatic line capable of production 1.5 tones per hour of finished product, making it one of the largest production facilities in the Middle East.

- Newly installed meat and seafood forming machinery gives portion control, and coupled with high technology mixing and chilling systems, ensure that natural products texture is maintained to the highest degree.

- Automated batter and breadcrumb machinery gives total control of both quality of breadcrumb coating.

- Fully automatic weighing and packing of product means that, once the product is cooked and frozen, it is not touched by human hand.

- The quality control system in operation measures each vital step of the production process, ensuring that tight specifications are maintained for all products. Factory personnel also concern us.
