The first production process of Siniora was in Jerusalem in 1920, the city which the brand name has been related to for years; the factory was moved to one of the city suburbs on a 11km space area after the Nakba in 1948, this factory was equipped with the latest machines. Another factory was established in Sahab, Jordan named Siniora Food Industries. In 1996 Arab Palestinian Investments Company (http://www.apic.ps) owned the two factories, which technically improved the production and development continued until today.

According to the expansion plans, the factories were extended and production was enhanced by adding more production lines to keep pace with the latest technologies upon the highest quality standards and to cover markets abroad. Siniora today owns the most advanced factory in the field of processed meat compared to many international factories.

In 2011, the company bought Unium, making it the No. 1 company in Jordan and Palestine in regards to the market share in both canned meats and cold cuts. Siniora also became a public joint-stock company in the official financial market.
